It's a great budget TV for my daughter's room. She seems to love it. So no complaints from me.

I purchased this TV on November 30, 2015. Six months later it would not turn on. I contacted Westinghouse and I was told the unit was defective and needed to be repaired. I was then told that I would need to pay for the return of the defective TV. The cost to package and return was over $100. This essentially makes their warranty worthless. If they truly stood behind their products they would cover the return cost.

Good tv to purchased. Bought it off online. It was delivered pretty fast.

I bought this TV for my son. Returned immediately. The picture was dark and after spending a hour trying to adjust i gave up.

This was the big gift for my son in his room set it up and two huge bars in the middle of the screen. Yay now he's in tears on Christmas thanks westinghouse

Got this tv for Christmas. Worked well. It's a very basic TV. Doesnt connect to your phone. Has 2 HDMI ports. Hooked it up to the cable box and I noticed the space where the HDMI plug ins are located on the TV is very small. It doesnt allow room for a Roku or Fire Stick to be plugged in. Its obnoxious. Definitely returning the tv. The price isnt worth the nuisance. I guess you get what you pay for.

I liked the TV at first, but then the speakers randomly went out now I'm stuck with a decent picture with no sound. Smh

The specifications of this product indicate it has a digital tuner. This is untrue, however. Had I read the reviews I would've known that but trusted the information given from the website. It scanned & came up with no channels when hooked to my cable. I took it back & got a different TV. It seemed like a decent enough tv for a spare bedroom (my intended use) but it doesn't work for my needs.

I bought this TV for my daughter's dorm room solely because of the price. It states in the description that it has a digital tuner. After talking to Westinghouse, they told me the TV doesn't which in my mind makes it a monitor, not a TV. So...it doesn't work with either antenna or straight cable. I would return it, but she already took it to school so I have to buy a cable box and send it to her. They are inexpensive but the whole thing has been such a hassle. I guess I should have been weary of a 99 dollar price tag. You get what you pay for, it should have just been represented better.

It says this has 3 hdmi ports when in fact it only has 2. the salesman said we could plug our fire stick right into it but the ports are so close to the casing it would not go in and we had to go buy a hdmi extender cable to get it to plug in.The salesman plan out told us false info.

If you watch movies on this TV through HDMI using Chromecast, Apple TV, etc., the sound goes out completely for a second or two during quieter moments. It's pretty annoying. I tried every audio setting as well as other settings but nothing fixed it. I had a Geek Squad protection plan on it so I took it in to Best Buy. They sent it out for inspection and long story short, gave me a credit of the purchase price to buy a new TV. I bought the same model and had the exact same problem so I returned it for a different brand TV (which doesn't have the same sound issue).

Bought 2 of these on a deal last fall for Christmas gifts for my kids, what a mistake. The sound is about the quality you'd get from a cheap cell phone, really bad. Then this week, about 6 months after buying these TV's one just completely quits working. Now I've got to pay to ship it back for warranty repair, won't make the mistake of buying a junk brand again.

I bough this TV. After 4 months it suddenly stoped working one day. When I asked them to fix it for me they asked me to send the TV by myself. I did it and I paid $40 for shipment. After a month they sent me an email and they said they can not fix it. They offer me a refurbished one from another model. I did not accept. Finally they did refund the TV money without the shipment amount. Never ever trust Westinghouse. They Have no respect for their customers.
