The entire experience at Best Buy was pleasant. The sales associate was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable with the product and promptly answered all of questions and concerns. My only regret that I unfortunately cannot recall his name.

This TV is serving its purpose: as a TV for my college student. But when we assembled the stand/legs, we discovered that one set of the screws didn’t fit into the bottom of the TV properly. The leg on one side is not screwed all the way in so the TV is wobbly. My son is using a towel under it to help keep it stable but I would’ve returned it if he would’ve let it out of his site for a week. Picture and sound are good but the one imperfection is a negative for me.

The television is a good product, the price was great, the picture is good and the sound system has a good speakers volume as far as good sound

This TV is used for over the air digital broadcast. Picture and sound is great for this purpose. Price was fantastic. No problems at all.

I'm happy with the tv quality but it was slightly damaged on arrival. The corner frame was broken which alters frame but picture un affected.

volume goes up & down depending on which channel you are on.. other than that.. clear picture & good overall sound..
