The installation went smoothly and the technician was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was on time and gave me information about the product and advantages of being a Total Tech member.

In defense, I was trying to do some quirky things with the sound using multiple outputs...like I had on the previous TV but after much trial and error I found out it would not allow me to use both the headphone and optical sound at the same time.
