It's only used a few hours a day, not every day. Right after the "return window" expired, the sound started acting up. It's scratchy and distorted for several minutes, up to 30 minutes some days. I don't want to pay to have it fixed, really disappointed in the quality. The picture quality is great, just the sounds leave much to be desired.

The old saying is you get what you pay for. While it lasted, it was a nice picture and good sound on the TV. I've used many other brands from Best Buy and this one is the only one that has lasted under 5-10 years by a wide margin.
