    I Bought this exactly 3 months ago yesterday from best buy. It was delivered and today the tv refuses to turn on and my return window is closed. For almost $130 that i paid not worth it especially since the quality was poor and to top that off i didn't even get a years worth of use. I should have returned at purchase. I know the tv went out because i changed batteries and even was able to use the remote to turn on another tv. Also there is no on button for the tv just the remote.

    Liked ROKU TV feature so did not have to use cable. Easy install and as this was a Christmas Present, daughter is way happy.

    The volume is terrible. It doesn’t matter if you increase, it stays the same. However Best Buy delivery was amazing.

    It’s good for a spare TV not an every day viewer, can’t get it to properly display (size) cable channels , no matter what resolution or magnification is used

    I got this TV for my daughter for Christmas. Early February, the screen went black but you could hear that the TV was on. We called support and went through all the trouble shooting. They determined that the TV could not be fixed. It's mid May now and I am still jumping through hoops to get my money back! I didn't get the extended warranty but who expects a TV to only last 2 months! I can't believe that Westinghouse cares so little for their customers!

    Ordered online, exchanged due to arriving with crack in screen. The replacement I received from exchanging in store has something wrong with the sound & no longer returnable.

    Don’t buy, save yourself the hassle

    Bought the tv 5 months ago, it has became virtually unusable. It randomly goes into headphone mode (I’ve never used headphones) you have to constantly power off the tv or play with it to get it out of headphone mode. This occurs daily. It doesn’t detect a brand new blu ray player that works just fine on other TVs in the house. Westinghouse customer service is horrible have contacted them on several occasions, wanted me to do hard resets which I did, now they are just trying to push the problem off as being a Roku issue instead of honoring the 1 year warranty Don’t buy this piece of junk

    I doslike this newer model. I purchased the model before this one and it works ok. Tge newer version stops in the middle of a show streaming, it will go back to the home screen. I have to constantly deal with this issue. Westinghouse Roku.

    Honestly, for a cheap TV, sure it’s fine. But if you intend to watch more than 10 minutes at a time of anything on Roku, look elsewhere. We need to restart the TV when the system crashes. This sometimes happens in intervals of 10-15 minutes. Sometimes with some luck it lasts a little longer. Unfortunately the problem didn’t start until after my return period with Best Buy ran out, and Westinghouse is no help when writing in for support.
