    Zero stars / son had it in dorm worked for 2 hours Fell to floor :broke and never worked again Called customer service told me to bring to store Did that they told me no shot than walked away I HAVE ORDERED NUMEROUS THINGS FROM BEST BUY BUT THIS WAS MY LAST.

Since the TV did fall, even if it was an accident, that would void the warranty because it is not a manufacturer issue. Per our policy, any damage to the TV due to accident, alteration, misuse, etc. voids the warranty.     Got the TV, set it up and the speaker was busted right away. Nothing like that feeling of listening to 90s radio static right out of the box.

    Don’t waste your money. I didn’t even have it a month before it stopped working. It’s going to cost be more to ship it back to get a refund than I paid for it.

    I bought this tv and it broke in 8 days.and i was told it was my plug in. But yet my other tv i plug in to the same plug in works fine.

    A good tv for bedrooms or dorm. Only issue is too light and may tip over easily. No way to secure it down in case you have children.
