The tv started out wonderful the quality was great for the money but all of a sudden it started having small problems with loading content, it would go back to the home menu by itself and even turned off on its own once. I brushed it off thinking it was okay because it still a brand new tv...well a couple days ago will I was trying to watch a movie and the tv copletly shut off. Of course I call tech support for Westinghouse went through trouble shooting with the person I talked to nothing worked so I call best buy and of course there was nothing they could do because of their measly 15-day return policy (its been less two months since purchase). After getting in contact with Westinghouse again (this time the person I talked to was extremely rude and wouldnt answer a hanful of my questions) and now they want me to PAY to get the tv shipped back to their warehouse just so I can get my money back on THEIR faulty product. So if I could give the overall product and experience 0 stars I would.
