Picture-wise, it's fine and what you could reasonably expect from an $84 TV. The problem is that the internet connection fails constantly (and it's not my internet because the router is only a few feet away and none of the other devices in my home have this problem.) It also goes into buffering mode after every single show, so if you're like me and keep it on in the background while you work or clean, you have to stop every 30 min to either back out to the home screen and then find your way back to the show, or sometimes it goes totally frozen, and you have to turn it off and back on. It's very annoying, and the savings are not worth the hassle.

The audio became defective within 6 months. After providing evidence and jumping through all the hoops, they agreed I was entitled to a warranty refund. I was told it would take 45 (!) business days to process my refund check. It has been 60 days and counting. When I call customer service, they say that because of "unfortunate circumstances" in the financial department, the check has not been issued and there is no time frame for me to receive it. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you will be told they are in a meeting. They are clearly ripping people off. It's shameful that Best Buy carries their products.
