The TV is worth what I paid for it. But it is not worth anymore.

Gives me exactly what I want. A reasonably priced bare-bones TV. Video works for me, and audio is stronger than some earlier reviews suggested. I'm sold!

Be sure to check which reviews are "Incentivized" ... because this one isn't and it's not great. Picture-wise, it's fine and what you could reasonably expect from an $84 TV. The problem is that the internet connection fails constantly (and it's not my internet because the router is only a few feet away and none of the other devices in my home have this problem.) It also goes into buffering mode after every single show, so if you're like me and keep it on in the background while you work or clean, you have to stop every 30 min to either back out to the home screen and then find your way back to the show, or sometimes it goes totally frozen, and you have to turn it off and back on. It's very annoying, and the savings are not worth the hassle.

The speaker on my TV isn't good. It makes a humming noise when people are talking as if the speaker is blown.

*WESTINGHOUSE WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES* I purchased a Roku TV from them. The audio became defective within 6 months. After providing evidence and jumping through all the hoops, they agreed I was entitled to a warranty refund. I was told it would take 45 (!) business days to process my refund check. It has been 60 days and counting. When I call customer service, they say that because of "unfortunate circumstances" in the financial department, the check has not been issued and there is no time frame for me to receive it. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you will be told they are in a meeting. They are clearly ripping people off. It's shameful that Best Buy carries their products.

I bought this tv because I moved and my bigger tv was in storage in another state. I works well but it is smaller than 32”.

Have had the 32” model now for maybe 3 months. My daughter & I will be in the middle of watching a show or movie on a streaming platform and the Roku tv cuts to the Home Screen or sometimes will just it restart itself. It started doing this about a month in in which I thought was maybe the streaming service I was using but then it would cut off on a different platform. Along with that issue there’s the issue of it running slow and glitching. If i would have purchased this television with my money I’d be returning the device but since it was a gift I’ll ride it out until my next purchase to upgrade. I suggest no one buy this device or any other device of this brand.

The sale price was great, service when picking it up was terrific & I was able to get the TV programmed and to start watching it in less than 15 minutes!

You do not want to buy a Westinghouse product - ever. They aren't awful tv's. What's awful is their employees. If you try to get help on their 24/7/365 customer support number, you will either get no answer, hung up on or a case number that does nothing for you except another gillion calls to try and get your glitch fixed. Their customer service and tech support is the worst I've ever encountered. That's pretty bad.
