I have had Westinghouse TV in the past and overall was pleased with the performance. This TV has an excellent picture and a very decent sound output. The TV is one of the lowest in the 40 inch range and has the basic features only. If you want to have a Smart TV and lots of functions keep looking. If you only want a basic TV and really want to limit the amount of money spent, give this model strong consideration. Well pleased with my purchase.

Great over the air (OTA) tuner for use with antenna. We are 40 miles out and this TV picks up all channels nice and clear. Picture is great and there's lots of connections! Sound volume range and settings are great! Sound quality is fair.

Great picture for the price. Easy set up. Would recommend!

I love this tv. The only thing I recommend is a sound bar. And those you can get for around 50 - 60 dollars.

I have replaced the remote once within the first 6 months of ownership and it does not work without issues either. Not sure what the issue is, could be the sensor since the cable remote will not turn the tv off either. But but then as suddenly as it quits it will start working again, so frustrating!!! I hate this tv and will never purchase another Westinghouse anything!

I bought this TV about four months ago for a dorm room. It's great for movies and video games, especially at such an affordable price. There's no other 40" class TV on the market priced this low. Picture quality and input selection are great. You really can't go wrong with this TV!

This TV has such a great picture which I was really surprised about. It has an easy user interface and seems to be built of quality material. If I had one complaint it's the sound quality, but that's what sound bars are for, overall you can't beat this deal!

This tv has a beautiful picture. It's colorful and bright. But the sound is awful, it's real tinny. Even with the sound being bad it's still a good value @ $200

If you are searching for a TV for video games and you wear headphones, then this TV would work. If you have a sound bar, this TV would work. The sound is pretty cheap on the TV as others have mentioned. The TV also feels cheaply made, but the picture output is not to shabby. I would give the overall picture quality a thumbs up, but the sound quality deserves a huge thumbs down. I took it back and invested in the Insignia 43" TV, and I am happy I did. For $199, it is an Ok TV.

I initially purchased this television simply because it was on sale. However, once I set it up at home, I could not have been more pleased. It has a very clear picture and is an excellent option for anyone looking for a quality TV.

Bought this TV to be moved around. Take it tailgating or outing the deck. Lightweight and easily moved around. Very happy with this TV.

40' Is pretty good size for the picture. Its clear and clean. I am a gamer so this TV is awesome for any game to be big in the room. Nice and pretty picture. No pixies or lagging at all. Sweet deal in my book

Purchased this tv based on the price, however the money saved on the purchase was surpassed by the purchase of a necessary sound bar due to the extremely poor sound quality of this tv. Listen to reviews about the lack of sound on this tv. They are true. Don't let the price fool you. You get what you pay for. BAD SOUND QUALITY.

This TV was a steal! A great price for the size TV that I needed for a family member. My family member was so happy to receive it as a gift and was the perfect size for their room.

This Tv would've been perfect if the volume was better. That's the only reason I give it 4 stars.

This TV lacks all the special features that the more expensive ones have. If you just looking for a cheap big TV then this is fine.

The price was right got it when it was deal of the day...so far so good no complaints!
