However, because of their seller I cannot bring myself to reward such a decision. I placed my order Saturday late knowing that the same day delivery would arrive Sunday because of the time. I gave two cell phone numbers and anxiously waited for the TV(supposed to be a gift). After 11:00 p.m. Sunday there was no tracking information, there was no 40-in television outside of my front door in my apartment complex. The next morning I opened my door to leave for work at 5:45 a.m. & blocking my exit was this 40-in TV. Now I'm standing here looking at a soaking wet box because our sprinklers come on every morning at 5:30 a.m. . Imagine my disappointment in Best buy and their idea of good delivery service. After contacting them immediately I was given no explanation, no apology, no questions regarding the TV or its condition. The only response was "I understand, if you don't like it, return it to your local Best buy". I'm still shook..
