The volume does not increase past number 7 and the volume goes up to like 40 and no change in sound. It freezes up, poor quality television all around . Unless there is a defect in mine . I would advise not to purchase this brand if this will be a daily watched television choose something else this is for occasional use only if you asked me

Loading for several minutes. Sound distortion. Poor sound quality. I will attempt to exchange it today. May just have a faulty product
