    The TV didn't last .. and the remote wudnt connect half the time and part for the time it wud lag after I clicked something to be honest I'd rather just get a different brand

    We had this tv for not even two weeks before the sound started to go out. This tv freezes constantly, and you have to restart it to get it to work correctly. You can’t change the sound setting unless you want to hear the speakers constantly cracking.

    This TV is worthless. The delay when you press a button, any button, is at least 30 seconds and half the time it doesn’t do anything at all when you press a button. You can’t watch a single episode of Netflix without getting kicked out of the app all together. I thought it might be our internet, but we don’t have connectivity issues with any other device in the house. Best Buy’s return policy is garbage so save yourself from having to buy another new TV in a couple of months and buy a better one from the get go.

    Tv has a spot on the screen thought it was dirt but it's not was like that when I took it out of the box. Now after a week of using the tv the sound really fuzzy and breaking everything up. Its also has a echo to it.

    TV is good, but I purchased this because Best Buy shows it has an ethernet. It in fact does not.

    This TV is poor quality for what it is. It is a ROKU TV and it does not connect as well to the Internet as my regular TV's with a ROKU device plugged into them.

    Piece of crap! Bad sound system. Screen with line from top to bottom. Lousy service from Westinghouse. Exchange once and the second one was damage at home and the speakers did not work but all that customer service could told me was that because of the damage they couldn’t do a thing. two TVs in less than a month and took me a lot of time and energy to get my money back.I give a star to be able to write the review but not deserve it.

    was pretty cheap and you get what you pay for. display is nice, but it lags a lot on turning on/off and loading up apps. sometimes sound goes up/down by itself and the jump is massive.

    TV does not allow the Spectrum app to be downloaded Returned the tv back to store immediately. Did watch it at all so I can not give a rating on the picture or sound.

    Does not work well with spectrum. Constantly having problems with this SO CALLED SMART TV and Roku I might dump it.DON’T BUY TV THAT HAS ROKU BUILT IN!!

    Don’t buy. Our set quit working after 7 weeks and Westinghouse requires us to pay for shipping to them in the original box, or something just as protective ($50+ At UPS) not including shipping ($60). We would have been better to give the money to the homeless man at the light outside the store. I will never buy another Westinghouse.

    Ever since my partner and I got this TV a month ago, it’s been consistently freezing and lagging on apps such as Netflix, HBO Max and Hulu. On Netflix in particular, the shows lag in audio, the image constantly freezes, and sometimes the app exits by itself and goes back to the home page. We had a TCL tv before this and that never happened. I should have known something was wrong when the Best Buy employees had never even heard of this brand.

    We ended up returning this TV for another brand. The sound kept locking up, and would continue to raise until we unplugged the TV. The WiFi reception on the TV was horrible, despite being in the same room as the router. During the week we had it, we reset it 3 times before saying no more.

    This tv is the slowest every app is glitchy, it turns off by itself, and i really hate it . I would have rather paid $20 - $50 more dollars for a different brand, when i got this, i also got my daughter a roku smart tv but the brand is TCL, and not one issue with it. It's not roku, it's Westinghouse that's the issue. Do not buy!!!!

      We are sorry for the issues you are having with the TV. It sounds like a software issue you are having with the Roku interface and not the TV itself. The loading and glitchy apps are due to an issue with the Roku software. Please take the unit back to Best Buy for a replacement. FYI, a majority of the Roku TVs no matter what brand come out of the same factories. Only a few are authorized to build a Roku TV. westinghouseelectronics

    spend a little more money to get some quality, this tv is cheap which is appealing, but is a total piece of crap the hardware won't play any modern file formats from a USB or network location and the OS is terrible and slow and makes any apps like netflix or hulu virtually unusable its really only good for plugging an hdmi into and using it that way, dont expect anything more

    I hate that I purchased this tv! Had it a month and still haven’t been able to watch it. I thought I could watch regular cable on it. It was purchased for my mom who has dementia so to streaming isn’t necessary for her because barely knows how to use a remote, so navigating a streaming device is out of the question. I would NOT recommend this tv to anyone if you can’t use it like a regular tv
