    Very poor audio! Goes back to home setting in middle of movies. Is unresponsive for moments on end. No audio out!!!!

    TV was fine for the first few months, then began powering down randomly - sometimes it would be once a day, sometimes it was every 10 minutes - apparently its a common problem with Roku with no solution from the manufacturer or user community. So I guess I'll return it and never buy another

    Be very careful when purchasing this item but it got at home hugged it and turned it on screen came on what off got nothing but volume brought it back got a different one brought home scream came on got no volume brought it back picked up another one it's been working okay waiting for the other foot to drop this was all in one day three trips to the store

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this TV, is so slow, when I tried to put the volume up it takes time to do so and sometimes when I turn it on, it won’t, I have to unplug it in order to turn on, I wasted my money, I should of buy a Samsung!!

    Volume continues to get weaker

    At first the sound was amazing. I put it on 7 and it was powerful but as the months have passed, the volume becomes so weak that I have to put it on 100 now for most things. would not buy another westinghouse or maybe not from best buy.

    I HATE THIS TELEVISION!!! I missed the 15 day return and now I'm stuck with a tv that was supposed to give me local channels with an antenna. I purchased an antenna and GUESS WHAT... 2 local channels and maybe 11 others I dont watch! But, thats not the best part... IT DOESN'T WORK WITH THE AMAZON FIRESTICK!!!

      Please contact our customer service department at (800) 701-0680. It sounds like you need a different antenna connected to the TV or it needs to be positioned differently in order to receive over the air channels. Also the Fire Stick should work with the TV.     I received a use tv as new From the Memphis store Bought one from your southhaven store brand new in the box everything went great went online to order it again that store was out they referred me to you Memphis location sad case will never order from you guys again

    Stopped working properly within a week of first use. Movies would suddenly freeze or stop, then the television would go to black until it was unplugged and replugged in. Waste of money!!!

    Not even a month with tv and it has a black screen already. Not able to get exchange or full refund from Westinghouse or store. Same as buying something used.

    Do not recommend tv glitches, will randomly shut down, buffers a lot. I have tried resetting the tv numerous times, uninstalling apps and it still continues to do these things.

    Actually awful. The remote lags, tv freezes constantly. The volume is incredibly inconsistent, the same volume level can either be whispers or screaming even when watching the same show. Too bad I’m well past the return window.

    Bought the tv because it seems like a very good deal. After a few days of using it, a bright green line appeared on the screen From top to bottom. The tv was defected and I had to return for a full refund.

    The box arrived with missing parts and it had be resent. The second box arrived with different missing parts. Using parts from both and some I had, we were able to set it up, but it was difficult.

    Everything is laggy and delayed. Seems the processor in here is too slow. Apps randomly shut off. Have reset and rebooted many times with no help.
