Very Impressed

This is my 3rd ROKU TV, first one with the Westinghouse branding. The other two are 32" TCL which I am happy with. Set-up was quick and easy as expected. Connected to my Wi-Fi with no problems. Picture quality is excellent with the 1080p resolution. The colors are vibrant and contrast is good with deep blacks. No dead pixels and the screen is evenly lit edge to edge. Sound output is good but I use a Vizio sound bar. Very pleased so far.

Don’t buy

The volume change from 6-7 is ridiculous. 6 is a whisper and 7 it’s blaring and my neighbors can hear the tv. It freezes or shuts down out of nowhere pretty regularly and the remote is super unresponsive. Will never buy this brand ever again. Purchased this in 2021. Have a tv from 2016 that is way better.

Lag, stall, and dump...

The captions will jump ahead, the audio will keep playing, and the video falls behind... ALL AT THE SAME TIME! This has happened on multiple apps: Netflix, Peacock, and Disney. And it has happened, even after the TV was factory reset *and* all updates have been applied. I can't forget the most annoying thing about it all. If you try to pause the TV, or back out of the program, the whole set will lock up until it resets itself and turns itself on at the Roku screen, where it sits for an eternity. It started when the TV was about two months old, and it's only gotten worse (now that I'm just past the one-year warranty deadline). This is the only Westinghouse product I'll ever buy...

Misleading Specs

Just bought this an hour ago specifically for the fact it stated it had an ethernet port, which it doesn't. Now I cannot stream on this tv, as I can only use a direct connection with my netetwork. Highly disappointed. Purchased at the Canton, GA location.

Don't Walk, Run Away from Westinghouse TVs

Our daughter ignored the independent reviews and bought one because of the price. It worked for about 10 days and then the sound started going out. Spend a few extra bucks and get at least an Insignia or Samsung. Shame on Best Buy for using these as their low cost promo...they're low priced for a very good reason.

Avoid Westinghouse at all costs

I bought the 50 inch version of this tv and it had lines through it and dead pixels in less than two months. The Westinghouse warranty is horrible and will not replace this tv. They make it very hard to even get a refund. Horrible company and horrible product.
