The installation A 1 top service. And with my tech service contract the installation was free, and they carried away my old tv at no extra cost, Box? what Box they got it too. Best Buy is my only way to do electronic business. Thank You Best Buy.

Negotiated options, made purchase. Got immediate confirmation and notification of delivery. Store associate brought it out. A definite 5 star experience. Would recommend to anyone. These guys rock

One saving grace is the Roku integration, the smart features work decently quickly.

Controls a little complicated.
