Very nice tv but did not have a remote!!! Called Westinghouse support and THEY were useless. Westinghouse didn't supply a remote and instead suggested to call best buy for their mistake. BAD BUSINESS!!

Works flawlessly, but the sound is a muffled mess with rear built-in speakers. I added a small self-powered stereo speaker behind the TV facing towards the front and it made for a huge sound improvement.

Sound is a little low but for the price it is great TV

I have purchased the Westinghouse 43" 4K UHD Smart Roku Tv over one month ago, It is excellent and worth the price.

Decent features and settings but the speakers suck. Sounds like everything is in a tunnel. I’m not normally that picky, but can’t even ENJOY music the sound is so bad.

Good quality at a good price. If I had a complaint, it would be the lack of "crispness" the tv has but I am aware this is not a QLED so it's not a true complaint.

Okay television. The built in speakers sound extremely mono and thrown through a narrow funnel. It's decent if you get it on sale but having to buy an external speaker system to hear things properly. Just pay extra for a better quality television

It's good for what it's meant to be. A TV. It doesn't have the best app support, it doesn't have the best picture quality, but it gets the job done.

Went through hurricane and had a power outage. Power came back on and haven’t been able to connect to the Internet. Did a factory reset and it connected then it did an update and now back to can’t connect.

It is ok for the price. Picture isn’t that great and sound is pretty horrible regardless of the settings. I just watch Amazon and Netflix on it.

great tv for guest room. No need for cable box. You can stream all major programs thru apps. Roku is a god system that seems to update their programing and give users option for layout of apps and programs. Would recommend TV.

The Westinghouse was easy to hook up. Great picture, great sound an overall very good purchase. I have been buying Westinghouse TV's for years.

This is great for the money. Programming specific channel priority has been kind of hard and time consuming bc a lot of channels are pre-loaded.

The legs don't fit very well but serviceable. Once the legs were installed, the batteries were put in the remote controls, it was time to plug in and test the TV. When the TV was plugged in, I got no picture. It had a split-second worth of faint blue light on the screen then it turned dark. After a several tries, I contacted the manufacturer's tech service number provided with the instruction package. The call wait was not long and the technician was patient. He guided me through multiple trouble shoot steps, then determined that it was defective and advised me to call Best Buy to return it. The return was very painful, because I had gotten rid of the big box days ago. Luckily, I kept the Styrofoam protective packings and the plastic bags. In lieu of hauling it back to the store more than 20 miles away, I chose to ask for UPS pick up at my house. The Best Buy customer service sent me an email with the UPS return instructions. So, I had to make up a box with old cardboard boxes. Took me about an hour for the fabrication of a box. UPS picked up the return promptly, now I am waiting for the refund. I moved recently and this was the 4th new TV purchased since the move. The other TVs started up as they should. I am not happy about the time and effort spent to set up this defective TV then returning it.

Bought this for my guest bedroom. Love it. Great picture and no need for cable it has plenty of free channels already installed.

Wanted Roku tv(we dont use cable)and the price and reviews were both good. Enjoying it..

My streaming apps run slow on this tv. All my other tvs in the house are fine. This is the only one that lags.

It does not show 4k quality. The color is very saturated. Customer Service is a joke and offshore. They told me to return it. I was trying to avoid spending big dollars on a Samsung and purchased this. Its true you get what you pay for. Keep the box.
