Was excited to receive until I opened the box and half the screen was shattered. Like numerous other posts who reported the same issues, best buy doesn't care to properly prep for shipping as it arrived in the original box and could clearly tell it was treated poorly during shipping with a huge gouge in the box. Load it up, head 30 minutes to my nearest best buy to return. Very likely the last tv I purchase from best buy. Please know my review is on best buy, not the TV.

This is a very nice TV. The picture quality it good and I love that the Roku is built in. It’s a good TV for a bedroom. I am not as excited about the sound quality. The sound quality is a little hollow or mostly treble sounding without much of a low tone replication. It lacks the full sound my previous TV had. The remote tends to be a little too sensitive, by advancing as if you clicked buttons twice instead of once. None of my stand alone Roku devices respond like this, which makes me believe the issue is with the TV. I like the fact it has a self turn off if left on the main screen to save energy. It is very light and easy to transport. Aside from the sound quality, I am pleased with the TV.

Excellent price of $178. Good picture and sound. Excellent TV for bedroom or playroom. Recommend purchase as smart TV.

The picture, size and cost are great but there are some problems. The support legs are so far away from the center of the TV it greatly limits how it can be placed. In addition the remote does not allow you to directly input a channel as there are no numbers and the set itself has no On or off switch or ways to control the volume and or channels. I seriously do not like this feature. Anything happen to the remote and the TV is useless. A serious oversight by the company and I would suggest either the company supply a fully compatible remote that plugs into one of the side slots or perhaps a universal remote for a nominal charge. The TV I like but the devil is in the details.

I got a wonderful buy on this television. I will have to say that the first television that I received from at Best buy in Tiffany springs was damaged. But I contacted them as soon as I opened the box and they even sent UPS directly to my house to pick up the TV. They did not even make me send the first TV back before they shipped out the second one. It was extremely hassle free no questions asked. I definitely would buy a TV from Best buy again. And when researching at this time that I was looking for a TV Best buy had the best deals anywhere.

I have 3 of these TV's. A 24", a 65", and this 43". They all work perfectly. I purchased this one to replace a TCL that died 1 month after the warranty expired. I've had my 65" Westinghouse for 3 years with no problem. Also the best price of any I have seen. I definitely recommend Westinghouse Roku.

This tv works great. I bought it for my living room to use while the kids can waych the big screen in the family room. Nice size and easy to use. I would definitely recommend if you arw looking for a new tv.

It's a great TV with excellent picture quality that perfectly fits the (smaller) space I have for it. Very easy to install and set up with the built-in Roku.

We already purchased a larger LG OLED from Best Buy a few years. It is absolutely beautiful! For another room, we purchased this Westinghouse (Tsinghua Tongfang) TV and its quality is amazing. Very nice 4K picture quality. Roku TV is built in. The TV has nice sound with a variety of different EQ settings. Any TV sounds better with an external sound bar, but unless you are an audiophile, the sound from this TV is excellent. All of this for an amazingly low price. If you are looking for a very nice 43" TV at a great price, this is it!

I finally got a great deal on Roke smart t.v at Best buy a month ago. I was search for a smart t.v. and am so glad I checked out Bestbuy. Im so pleased with my new 43 in smart Roku TV and was very excited for the great price drop which helped me out a lot. I got the 2 year protection. I was up and going in less than a half an hour after plugging it in. I love everything about it and im looking into the purchase of a new lap top or home computer now!!

The picture qualify is crisp with good color. The processors are doing a great job while streaming as the graphics flow smoothly while streaming. I do wish that there was an equalizer and a way to adjust the video manually. Occasionally the picture reverted to a tiny square box if it was a originally recorded in a pre smart tv era. The sound is “tinny” with no way to adjust it. I felt compelled to purchase a Roku based sound bar. The result from that gave me at least the sound quality that I expected. I generally purchase a different brand and some of my TVs are older yet have the features I was looking for in this device. Overall this TV does the job and I’m enjoying learning ROKU.

Good value. Works well right out of the box - plug and play. Pick up at Best Buy in Portsmouth, NH was seamless - order was ready for pickup, and customer service agent brought it out to my car, which was parked in one of the BB pickup parking spaces. Will go back to this store again, and will definitely check the BB web site when considering future purchases.
