We only watch is TV for an hour every few nights at bedtime at volume setting 3. Now the only sound it makes is the remove clicking . What a waste of money.

No functional Set Up Help

After many calls for help, IT’S STILL NOT WORKING. Customer service isn’t helpful because of Reps' difficulty pronouncing English and lack of tech skills. 50 words can’t communicate this problem. HELP ME!!

Cracked screen

We bought it early because we were building a home and it took longer than expected. After I opened the box and found it was cracked (as well as the other tv that I bought), Best Buy refused to replace TVs. They would not refund or give me a store credit.

After 2 months of use picture is now fading in and out, at times picture gets so dark unable to see what is on the tv. Contacted Westinghouse, NO response.
