    I would not give this tv one star if I had a lower rate to pick. Roku did not work also no sound at all. Don't buy this tv

    Product had issues with audio syncing with video. Also the back light would fade in and out. I had to return the unit. The price point was right but the product was just wrong.

    Unable to use as I had it shipped and when I opened the box the screen was shattered. returned it and able to replace with different TV. Customer service was great!

    Never worked. Plugged it in, turned it on and got nothing except squiggly lines. No home screen, no picture. Had to return it for a refund

    tv stopped working after a month or 2. It took 4 months to get a manufacturer's refund.

    I will never get another Westinghouse smart tv they’re not worth it. As long as you keep it on the regular stations it works fine, but when you go to the streaming channels you have to keep unplugging the tv and starting it back up to work. Never again ‼️

    Definitely worth four stars for the value (purchased at $190). The 4k picture quality and available settings are very good, though there's a little blur for sports viewing (refresh rate is low, but that's expected for this value). Only main demerit beyond that is the audio quality is subpar, even for the price. Still, it's a great bedroom or secondary TV.

    I purchased it on sale to use as a bedroom Tv. I didn't expect it to be that great of a tv considering the price (169),boy was i wrong its a great tv with a picture that rivals the big brands,and with roku it is a bargain.

    screen was defective right out of the box. We plugged it in to find a dark line down the left side of the screen

    Great starter TV for the guest room. Clear picture. Say what you will about Westinghouse. But this replace a Westinghouse TV that worked great for over 15 years. We just wanted a smart TV and Bonus…it’s also a bigger TV

    Excellent for the money! I am using this TV for a computer monitor and it excels at that. Nice Picture and my sound runs thru a 5-1 speaker system w subwoofer. Once in a while use tv sound and its adequate........
