    Westinghouse Roku TV

    The picture is clear but the color isn’t very good. The tv’s in the showroom had better pictures. We’re just learning how to use streaming services and the Roku stuff isn’t as user friendly as we had hoped. All in all, kind of wish we had kept our old tv.

    Picture quality in this set far exceeds my expectations. So much better than HD. I'm surprised retailers and manufacturers haven't marketed 4K TV more aggressively considering how much better the picture is compared to HD.

    Decent TV for the price. The TV guide Roku compiles for over-the-air channels is a nice touch. Sound is worse than the 10 year old TV it replaced, even when using optical audio into a receiver. The audio signal is just lacking in the low range.

    Would not repurchase this item. Picture is dull and lifeless. We have 3 Samsungs and the Samsung picture quality is superior to the Westinghouse.

    Tv did not work

    TV did not work when I plugged it in. There was no visible sign of damage, but when I plugged it into an outlet, and turned on the power, lines appeared across the screen, The tv didn’t respond to the remote, and the lines remained until I turned it off. Took it to nearest Best Buy, but they insisted the I ship the TV back to warehouse.

    *WESTINGHOUSE WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES* I purchased a Roku TV from them. The audio became defective within 6 months. After providing evidence and jumping through all the hoops, they agreed I was entitled to a warranty refund. I was told it would take 45 (!) business days to process my refund check. It has been 60 days and counting. When I call customer service, they say that because of "unfortunate circumstances" in the financial department, the check has not been issued and there is no time frame for me to receive it. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you will be told they are in a meeting. They are clearly ripping people off. It's shameful that Best Buy carries their products.

    Loved everything about this tv EXCEPT that everything sounded like it was coming out of a tin can. You should only buy this product if you have a sound bar or other audio for it. I returned this tv.
