THE INSTALLATION TEAM WERE OUTSTANDING AND THE TEAM LEADER WENT BEYOND TO CALL OF DUTY TO RESOLVE AN ORDER ERROR AND EXPEDITE PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF THE TV ON THE SAME DAY! THE GEEK SQUAD TEAM WAS OUTSTANDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE-FOCUSED!!!!

Because I wanted to bring it back and get a bigger size and give the company more money. But the employee working the front door was very rude to me and got smart with me. I have called the office and talked to someone but nothing has been done and no call back.
