Best Buy is the way to shop!!

The delivery man kept me informed of delivery time and was a pleasure when he came in and dropped the TV off.

Exemplary return process during pandemic

I took it back to Best buy 3 days after, sealed, unopened, untouched. I purchased its competitor brand. Best buy return process was exemplary. We parked in front of the store. An associate took it from our car trunk, gave me a return receipt per my request, and off we go.
