Cracked screen

Upon opening it we see the screen has a large spider web crack and all the website says is that it is outside the 15 days to return. I am going to the nearest Best Buy and hope they will replace it but it will be a complete shame if not. If they do I will update my rating but if you purchase this check it immediately. If they don’t replace it I won’t be back

Westingbouse packaging was very poorly thought out. I ended up getting a fire tv from Toshiba. I cannot describe the difference in the packaging. The Toshiba had an easy to read color sheet with directions for you as soon as you open the box and tv was so easy to pull out. Westinghouse should stay in the home appliance category fo-sho.

Only lasted a year

Dont get it

I got it and it hooked up ok at first, but in about a week the dvd started flashing on and off so switched it to the 3rd hdmi imput and it did the same thing, the connection was loose when you plug it in, even tried taping it with scotch tape, maybe this was a rare deal, but returned it and would not get a westinghouse again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

It often times shuts the unit completely off. Logging into apps is a complete turkey shoot. You never know if you’re gonna log in or get booted. Even the volume control can completely send you back to the main menu. AVOID THIS TV!!!

Brand new tv with no picture

The last day for returns was on January 16th. How does the picture go out on a brand new tv??? Or was it new? I’m highly disappointed and now we have a bum tv and can do nothing.

Worst TV I've ever purchased

Bought this for my boyfriends Christmas gift, and it is junk! It turns off and on, we've had to reset it multiple times, apps disappear, it freezes up completely, and the screens goes black all the time. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Horizontal lines after one year

Now after a year and of course a month after the warranty expired there are horizontal lines all across the screen. Waste of money if its only good for 1 year.

Westinghouse not worth a penny

Westinghouse support is not helpful. When they decide to answer the phone you cannot understand what they are saying. Very frustrating!
