Bought this as a gift for my boyfriends game room- didn’t even think to open the box before his birthday. Upon opening it we see the screen has a large spider web crack and all the website says is that it is outside the 15 days to return. I am going to the nearest Best Buy and hope they will replace it but it will be a complete shame if not. If they do I will update my rating but if you purchase this check it immediately. If they don’t replace it I won’t be back

Worked great for a year, but now the screen is flickering so badly it is unusable and we'll have to replace it.

1st order damaged in transit. 2nd order received a damaged tv. Westingbouse packaging was very poorly thought out. I ended up getting a fire tv from Toshiba. I cannot describe the difference in the packaging. The Toshiba had an easy to read color sheet with directions for you as soon as you open the box and tv was so easy to pull out. Westinghouse should stay in the home appliance category fo-sho.

The TV has already gone out - no image already. One day are home and the TV did not come on

Worked fine for 1 yr & 1 mth & now the sound is going out on it. Very disappointing.

To put it mildly, I was not happy with this tv. I got it and it hooked up ok at first, but in about a week the dvd started flashing on and off so switched it to the 3rd hdmi imput and it did the same thing, the connection was loose when you plug it in, even tried taping it with scotch tape, maybe this was a rare deal, but returned it and would not get a westinghouse again.

Didn’t like that you have to make an account for the tv itself but other then that it’s a nice tv

Blew out less than 2 years and isn’t very Loud could be better

This is the worst television I’ve ever owned. The delay is horrible. It often times shuts the unit completely off. Logging into apps is a complete turkey shoot. You never know if you’re gonna log in or get booted. Even the volume control can completely send you back to the main menu. AVOID THIS TV!!!

At first very good television. But six months after I stopped working well.

Here it is January 19th. The tv stopped working on January 18th. The last day for returns was on January 16th. How does the picture go out on a brand new tv??? Or was it new? I’m highly disappointed and now we have a bum tv and can do nothing.

I wish I could give it 0 stars!!!! Bought this for my boyfriends Christmas gift, and it is junk! It turns off and on, we've had to reset it multiple times, apps disappear, it freezes up completely, and the screens goes black all the time. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Was ok when it was new picture and sound quality was ok. Now after a year and of course a month after the warranty expired there are horizontal lines all across the screen. Waste of money if its only good for 1 year.

I haven’t even had this tv a year and the screen went out I been trying to contact the manufacturer and I always get a busy signal I emailed them over a week ago and still no response

The TV works for 1 year and 1 month. Westinghouse support is not helpful. When they decide to answer the phone you cannot understand what they are saying. Very frustrating!

This was a gift so I was very disappointed when the item came defective. Screen was black and now they have to return it.

Two weeks after I purchased the tv, the color began to fade in and out . Because I didn’t have the original package, I couldn't return or exchange the TV
