Unreliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV in December 2020. It worked fine for about two and a half years. Even when it was working fine, the images weren't always great and the audio would occasionally go fuzzy; but I didn't mind because I don't watch a ton of TV. In the past couple months though, it's been randomly turning off, the sound will cut out, and it will freeze. Yesterday I tried turning it on and it cycled continuously between the warm-up screen with the Roku TV logo and going black. Tried a few internet troubleshooting tips to no avail and it's looking like the cost to diagnose/fix the problem won't be worth it. I don't want to have to buy a new TV every two years. I love the Roku interface but for my next TV I'll buy one that's more reliable and add a Roku box onto it.

TV barely lasted 2 yrs - buy a different brand!

Thought I'd give Westinghouse a shot since I love Roku TVs. I have several smaller ones by different manufacturers and I love them. I've had this TV a little over 2 years, and there are horizontal lines across the entire screen, no matter which input is used. The picture is horrendous, and there is no easy fix for it. I tried everything recommended online. So frustrated. It's pretty sad when a TV doesn't last more than 2 years! That's the last Westinghouse TV I'll ever purchase. :(
