Setup was easy, but the speaker quality isn't great. When watching with the volume down, say at 8, since the bedroom is a bit small, the sound is distorted when conversation takes place, like the person speaking has a defective microphone. I've tried switching the sound modes, but it didn't help. The TV is connected to our Dish receiver via USB cable, which worked flawlessly with our old TV. The picture quality is great for our needs.

Item seemed to be packed well, with no obvious damage to the box, but apparently had arrived with smashed screen (with an obvious impact mark). I had kept it safely in a side room after delivery (did not open package) until ready to use a so did not happen on my watch. Despite having TotalTech, I was unable to get a replacement after 60 days, only credit that was not enough to replace the TV. BB service at store was far better than by phone (phone was NO help at all). But still… Quite disappointing.
