    Purchased on sale at a great price, but saved for later because I had to rearrange a room. Item seemed to be packed well, with no obvious damage to the box, but apparently had arrived with smashed screen (with an obvious impact mark). I had kept it safely in a side room after delivery (did not open package) until ready to use a so did not happen on my watch. Despite having TotalTech, I was unable to get a replacement after 60 days, only credit that was not enough to replace the TV. BB service at store was far better than by phone (phone was NO help at all). But still… Quite disappointing.
