Right out the box, the TV hook up couldnt detect the hdmi cord. The setting controls are really odd and had to mess with them to get it to work. I bought this just for a decent size tv at a lesser price. But should have spent the extra money on a legitimate brand to avoid the headache.

The HDMI ports were messed up, tried to use a DVD player in one and something else in another. There were dots all over the screen at times and a rolling of static from the bottom halfway up the screen. Sometimes it was clear. Returned it for a refund and bought a different brand.

Bought this tv on sale and had issues from the beginning. Had to go thru a whole big process to confirm it being defective and now i have to pay to ship it to get a refund of only the price of the tv, no taxes or shipping fees will be reimbursed. Very dissatisfied with this product.

Not happy, it worked for 2 months and since then its screen lights go dark within 5 minutes at the most, after I turn the power on. And its lights wont qork again untill I leave it off for hours, but to inky come back to the same problem

Was so happy to unbox it and set it up, plugged it in and the screen was all smashed up. The Best Buy app keeps telling me to try again later when I try to start a return, I don’t drive

The TV company gives a note saying, please don't send back to the store. Call them. Why doesn't the sound worK?

I've had this TV for five years and it works exactly as well as it did day one! The sound drops when it's too low or there's no sound in whatever is being watched, which is a little annoying but some people don't even notice. It's still a great TV.

A 5 based on the price. I bought this as a punt because I could not choose which high end 65 inch to buy and this fit in my trunk. Eight months later it is still my primary TV. The picture is great but I did add a sound bar. I am not a videophile but I do watch a lot of tv, play bluray and even run my laptop through this screen.

I am so mad at myself for not getting the TV that I wanted on Cyber Monday(Westinghouse - 50" Class - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR). It sold out quickly. I chose this one as a second option and it is a pretty good TV. No complaints so far.

I came across this great deal on a 50" TV for an upgrade in my new home. Didn't know much about the Westinghouse brand, but the reviews appears reliable enough. So, I bought the TV for a great price and received the first one two days later... with the screen shattered. I proceeded to contact BB to request a replacement, which arrived yesterday ( a shipping delay of four days compared to the original product). To my joy, the screen was not pulverized and I proceeded to install. Fast forward, there is an error in the HDMI input that every time I turn my television off and back on, I lose signal to the television. To troubleshoot, I brought my old TV back into the room to double check is wasn't my peripheral devices, and the everything worked fine (just on a smaller screen). My two cents... avoid this TV. Spend the extra money. I am about to return this second television for the refund, choose another online vendor (amazon), and pay more for a TV and be happy about it. You have failed here Best Buy, and you have lost the confidence of a lifelong purchaser who just loves to come to your brick and mortar locations to play with goodies. I am breaking up with you!

Purchased tv as gift for daugh tear coming home from college. Two days after she gets home and remove from box the television wouldn’t allow her to play regular cable tv with out her having to always unplug and replug her cable box in. The Tv keeps glitching and shutting off when trying to watch regular television, but it works for Netflix. Westinghouse was NO help at all. Spoke to 5 different people did everything they ask of me from purchasing the tv & when ask to speak to a Supervisor I was told there’s not one in the Office.

I understand that this TV is an economical chice, but the audio is horrible! It crackles at all levels- even very low levels. It is very difficult to listen to anything on it.

Got this as a valentine's day gift for my husband, upon opening it there was 2 spots on the screen that were damaged and it does not work. He was so excited to finally have a bigger tv and the look on his face when he seen it was damaged was very disappointing. May be a good tv but will have to exchange it or just buy a different one.
