I think a message on the outside would be helpful about opening the box --all while not damaging it. Especially for someone not used to size and weight of the TV. Easy to hook up once it was out of the box. The longest time was the removal of the box. Sound is a little mono - no depth.

Took it to my local Best Buy and they replaced it quickly and easily. Exact replacement works just fine; no sound distortion. For the price, I am happy with it (after getting replacement).
