The built-in Roku is awesome! We replaced a 39" TV with an external Roku device with this 50" model. It is very fast to boot to the main Roku page.

Ordered the last one at my store, it was flagged to me just in time by the phone salesman. On the edge for same day delivery so I got it next day. Very pleasant and efficient delivery lady.

Only thing was person who brought it came at like 8or9pm and it wasnt from best buy was a random person i thought was kinda weird since website said you would help set up an bring it. Other than that im happy an would order again.

However, the sound quality is terrible. I’d recommend paying a little more for better quality sound.

CAME SHIPPED ON TIME AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE IT 5 STARS IS BECAUSE I HAD TWO PEOPLE TRY TO MERGE THE TV WITH MY SPECTRUM CONTROL AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY DID, IT WOULDN'T WORK.

Around September 5 2023 I woke up to my tv black with a white line in the middle. Call Best Buy they said the tv has a defect and that westington house we’re going to replace it so I did the claim the 1st week of k November and they said it would be up to 45 business days to get a refund, no replacements so I have been calling and today is January 08, 2024 and my 45 business days aren’t still up but why do I have to wait for something that wasn’t my fault and they are holding my money for what worst tv brand and company

It connects but then the tv screens freezes after sa short time.
