    Got this one on discount. Screen quality lags behind the higher end brand. Roku software is slow.

    I have only used the TV for 2 weeks and I noticed the screen keeps getting darker and lighter constantly, I was told by the store that I only have a 15 day return which I thought wasn't fair, very unhappy with my purchase, I chose Westinghouse thinking it was a good brand name but this have changed.

    I'm sure it'd be a fine TV if it wasn't BENT in half. I drove over two hours round trip to pick it up just to get it home and see that the TV looked like it got hit by a truck. Huge waste of my time and gas money. I like Best Buy, but I'm extremely disappointed and will now be shopping elsewhere for my new TV

    Picture is dull, volume vibrates, if I didn't throw away the box I would have returned the TV.

    I just bought this TV. I payed someone to pick up and assemble for me. After set up it did not turn on. Having bought the extended warranty I believed it would be simple...have the geek squad come to replace. Welcome to the real world...I have to pay someone again to return. Question is, should I buy the same one again???

      Roku has its own operating system, so there's no framework to include Android-based apps. You can only install apps — or channels — that are made specifically for Roku. westinghouseelectronics

    The “smart” tv failed to update, and no longer works after 3 months. Customer service through Westinghouse is so slow you may end up waiting half of the year for them to honor it.

    Item arrived damaged and had to return. The outside of the box looked like it had been grabbed by something that squashed into the display. Very disappointed because it took more than two weeks to arrive in its damaged condition.
