The TV is not a month old and all I have is a green screen. I did read all the bad reviews before I purchased the product and purchased it anyway. Do not make the same mistake I did. You only have 15 days to return the product. If you want to blow $250.00 I can send you my email and you can send it to me. It would go further.

Not my favorite

Tried every troubleshooting technique that was posted online, with the exception of opening the back and blowing it out. Couldn't get rid of the lines. I would probably not buy another Westinghouse TV.

However, if you purchased extended warranty, you should be able to get a replacement through Best Buy. If you didn't purchase extended warranty, we, Westinghouse Electronics, can assist with troubleshooting steps only to help rectify the issue.
Where’s my refund?

I originally purchased the same tv and when I took it out of the box, the screen was busted. No problem, I returned the tv and was told that I could just come back and pick up another one as an exchange ( I was on my way to work and could not leave it in the car). When I came back to pick up another tv, I was told that I was issued a refund and I needed to pay for the new tv. No refund is showing in my account(6 business days). Hopefully someone that can help will see this, because customer service in the store could not.

Best buy only gives 15 days after that you have to deal with the manufacturer, which i am sure is a nightmare. 2nd tv purchased in less then 2 yrs last one was a amazon fire, screen went black then it wouldn't even power on, with these new cheaper tvs getting a extended warranty maybe? the only thing that saves you. I was unable to load the pictures

Budget TV
