    Great TV until it wasn’t.

    Great price, should have expected a short life. Screen started flickering 2.5 years in. Middle section of the screen became a dark shade a few months later. It was past warranty, but the Best Buy online representative said I could trade it in or get store credit by returning it for recycling since I was a member, but when I went into the store they said that’s not the case, so wasted some time there. Ended up getting another similar TV of another brand, hope it works out.

    I got a defective TV

    So this is my first smart TV and I was excited at first when I received it... but now that it's all set up and we are watching it, I am extremely disappointed!! The picture quality is horrible the sound is muffled and fades in and out. My 12-year-old TV with the manual Roku that I put in my kids room and replaced it with this one actually had a much better picture and sound quality than this brand new one.

    Had tv for only 4 years and when turned on will get startup then black screen with sound. No more Westinghouse Roku Tvs.

    sound quality?

    I'm not sure what's wrong with this TV. But it sounds like everything is in mono I know it's supposed to have stereo sound but I certainly can't figure out why I don't hear It that way. Really it's a pretty big disappointment to me, especially since I'm on a limited income. It's not easy to afford TV's.

    Very disappointed

    I bought this TV for my son for his birthday we didn’t take it out of the box until his actual birthday when he opened it the screen was smashed I called Best Buy and they would not return it because it was over 15 days it was a pretty disappointing day. Customer service is crap I wouldn’t buy anything from Best Buy online.
