Test it ASAP!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on Cyber Monday for only 269.99. I opened it and seen the legs were too far apart to fit on my stand. And I had nowhere to put it, so I had to wait til I could get a different stand. I finally get one that fits this TV and set it all up. When the TV has power, there is a red light on the bottom. When you turn the tv on, it turns blue, and when you turn it off, its back to red. Anyways, I turn it on, it asks if I have anything connected to it, I click yes, so it goes to the appropriate channel that the cable box is connected to and I see great picture for about 7 seconds, then it turns off. The light is red, so it has power, but the tv wont turn on. I tried everything, unplugging, repluggling, using different outlet. The TV was a dud. On a normal occasion, I would have been out of time to return it, but for holiday season, they extend your warranty to return/exchange it. So my advice is, if you get this tv, plug it in ASAP and make sure it all works!

Awesome TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV was exactly what we were looking for. Great TV for a great price. Not sure if it's the amazing TV others will want, but great picture and great sound. What more do you really need in a TV?!?

Ok TV but returned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's cheap but you get what you pay for. I purchased this TV on 12/2015 and returned it within 3 days. The sound quality is horrible, sounds like a radio. If you get this, I recommend you invest in a sound bar. The picture turned gray on me while switching channels so I returned it and purchased the 55" Insignia LED instead. Paid a little more but a better quality. Overall, this probably best for a kid or inside a bedroom. Not a living room.

Great TV for basement or 2nd bedroom
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn't use this as my main TV but it's really not bad for the price! The sound is a little tin-canish but get a sound bar! Bought it back in July for $299.99

Bad buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 1st one I got came out of the box with a dead pixel. No biggie right? I figured that it was just a stroke of bad luck. The 2nd one had a brilliant picture. The sound wasn't great but I had a soundbar to make up for it. And after 3 months it literally died. Luckily Best Buy let me return it for another model. Don't waste your time on this tv.

Two Major Issues!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV for my elderly mother for Christmas. Without knowing when I hooked it up in the HDMI port 2 (it was easier to get to) that the HDMI 1 port did not work. On top of that she would call me to come check it because she couldn't get it to work. I would look at it and have to set the TV up for HDMI port, English, etc like a first time setup. come to find out that if the TV is on a few hours it would shutdown completely. We thought it was something that she was doing wrong, so I took it home with me to try it out. That's when I found out that the HDMI port 1 wasn't working and that the TV shuts down on its on with sleep set on off. To make things worse Best Buy would not listen to my plea because it was after there 15 day return policy. Now I'm having to deal with Westinghouse directly. Terrible customer service. I have bought 3 TV's from Best Buy and as long as they work you are in good shape but if you have an issue, good luck. I may never purchase anything else from Best Buy.

Glitch Help! TV turns volume down by itself
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV and after 3 years, it started glitching. There are 2 glitches: One, It turns the volume down by itself and won't allow me to turn volume up. Second, it brings the input menu up and won't go away, blocking a big chunk of the screen. I called Westinghouse and their customer service was terrible! The lady would not connect me to a supervisor and HUNG UP on me! I hope Best
