Picture freezes

I thought it was an internet problem at first but then I tried same videos on my Playstation with no problems at all. Tried to contact customer service but still haven't received any feedback in over a week and a half.

Deceiving Product

This TV does not allow you to stream but has YouTube. Cannot see videos or pictures I put on a USB flash drive. I cannot stream Roku, Crackle nor Amazon Prime nor any freebies offered in streaming.
