Not too bad looks cheap and acts cheap the remote fallas apart like cheap

I was hoping my son would enjoy this but unfortunately not. Disappointed

Refresh rate was horrible. Everything blurred. If the image moved slow it looked good but otherwise it's terrible. I returned it the next morning.

Not the best 4K tv on the market but good choice at this price point.

Works well but the channel changing lags. Would not buy again

Purchased the unit on July 30, 2017. TV was never moved and it worked perfectly until July 5, 2018. Screen when dark one day out of the blue and never worked again. Called Westinhouse to submit a claim since I did not get extended warranty and was just under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Told me I had to ship back at my expense ($106 via FedEx) and then they would let me know what they decide on whether they will fix and send back or send me another. Stay clear of this TV the hassle of returning it and spending your own money to ship back for a TV that lasted less than a year is unacceptable.

Some times takes time to connect but other then that it's great

Good picture but - processor is slow. Turning on TV takes a while. - Turning on the smart services takes time to get the internet connected. - the viewing angle is great from sides but not from vertical off center; even if 10" lower than center the picture viewability is darker.

This big tv was a Christmas gift for my mom. And she loved it!

It's alright. Has some minor issues with random screen tweek outs. Mildly annoying. And you can't add apps. You can only use what is preloaded (Netflix, Pandora, Vudu (?), youtube, some kids app and a weather app. That's it. Tons of plug in ports, which is nice.

TV has terrible input lag when playing xbox one, even after adjusting the very minimal picture options. Movies are blurred anytime something moves on screen as well. Will be returning it to the store for a different brand

Tv picture quality not good Has a twitch once in a while

its got quite a delay but the picture quality is notbad.

Only thing wrong is tv will not connect to internet

I promptly returned this TV. You can not add apps. It comes with a fixed set of apps. If you want a true smart TV this is not it. I returned it to my local Best Buy store and the rep told me they stopped carrying this model for the exact reason I returned it.

You have to reconnect your wifi after it's off smh

its an ok tv. it has its defects. I had to return it because the speakers were defected. also about the smart tv apps? it only brings 5 apps with the tv. you cant download any apps. It does come with the Netflix app which is a plus if you have an account.

I purchased this TV in August 2017. About a month after my purchase the TV's screen started to go black while the sound would still play. At first it only happened every so often and you could restart it and everything would be fine. but now the screen will go black almost every 15 minutes. If you do not pay the additional charge for protection then you will be out of luck. Other than that the smart TV features are years behind the competition . I learned my lesson and will not be buying TV's from Westinghouse again.
