TV arrived in good condition. Cheaper model so it runs sluggish and is light on features. Cannot control with tablets and phones. Wants you to reconnect to the network all the time. Not excited about performance. Won't buy Westinghouse again.

The tv is giving me problems. The screen picture comes and goes. It’s very frustrating to watch show on this TV. I called them and they tried troubleshooting over the phone. I hope it will resolve the problem.

I thought this was a great buy for a smart tv. But it has limitations for a smart tv. Web browsing is complicated and nothing can be added to it. Can only use what programs come with it and that is not much.

Bought two of these on Black Friday for my 2 sons. One son returned his. My other son received his for Christmas and has enjoyed it until last week when it suddenly would not turn on. Westinghouse refuses to honor the warranty, informing us Best Buy tells them both televisions were returned. Obviously, they were not both returned or we wouldn't need the warranty to repair the one we kept. So, In summation. This TV worked for less than 3 months and Westinghouse will not honor the warranty.

Have to return it..opened it up, plugged it in and saw there were pixels missing from the screen. Can't return at Bestbuy because of the brand so now I have to send it to the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Nice picture at first but three days after bringing this tv home. The picture started scarmbling. Very disappointed. Also not a true smart tv.

Just to make this really short.. Just pass this tv up. You can get a much better 1080p tv than this... I hooked it up to my xbox one s and my 1080 p was way better. I had this in my house for about 30 minutes.. Repacked it and went right back to BB and got my money back. Do not buy this tv. The picture was so dim... I adjusted everything to max and it was horrible. Do not waste your time or money.. Just save up another 200 and get a Vizio.. If you can save more get the Samsung... This tv would be good for a boogie board... horrible. horrible!

i bought this TV during the black Friday and i bought it because it has a very good price after 2 weeks the tv was not working properly, in order to turn it on i took a very long delay, for HDMI, i have to reset my cable modem so i could see any channel, and that was every time that we want to see tv, so every day, NetFlix was not good, after certaing time the program turn off , so for all those details we decide to returns the TV, before this TV i had a Westinghouse not smart TV and it was fine, these new acquisition was not a very good choise

Worked good for less than two years. It has no TV tuner, oddly enough. As I was trying to set the tuner, it stopped working altogether.

TV was great for the first two weeks after I purchased it. Then it got a white line horizontal through the middle of the TV. Took back to Best Buy for refund.

This is the worst television purchase we have ever made. You cannot expect much really super hd but, you can expect the "smart tv" to be so. When you attempt to use youtube you get pink and purple lines without any other picture. This is the regular workings of this tv. I will stear clear of any Westinghouse product in the future.

But...... it's not very smart for a smart TV. Your options are very limitied. If I could go back I would spend more for a different one

The tv showed up and when I finally got it all hooked up the screen was all messed up and wouldn't work at all. I returned it and got all my money back plus a 35% off my next tv so everything was good. I'm not sure if it was just too cold for it to come through ups or just the tv itself not being the most durable

While the box shows the 4K tv model I purchased, the model actually in the box is a different model. Poor quality control at the factory. Chat support offered no assistance. Now I must return to the store and when they replace it I must have them open the box to verify that the item in the box matches the order.

When I try to watch Netflix on the tv it won't show whatever I'm watching in full picture. It will be just a small portion of the screen. It also does a little twitch sometimes on the screen which is very annoying. I've never been so unsatisfied with a tv before. It sucks to come home after work everyday to not even be able to watch your show without dealing with these annoying problems.

I would not recommend this product - mine TV broke after 4 months. The apps it provided were slow, and the 4k content built in was crap. Westinghouse offered to replace it if I paid the shipping all the way to CA, but with no guarantee that they wouldn't charge me more to ship a new one back.

This TV does not switch from Netflix to exit, or Pandora to exit. It does not shut off when trying to shut off the tv after a movie pauses, music pauses or in general watching channels. I have to unplug from wall each time this happens in order to get to a different screen. There is no Hulu, nor is there a way to add it. Only possible through an Xbox or PlayStation.

The delivery of this product is so bad that I was ready to cancel my purchase, first they wasted two days of my time waiting for delivery and never show, upon the third time, they finally admit they lost the item that's why it never showed up for delivery. I have to call Best Buy to get a replacement ship out to me. Will not make any purchase with this bad delivery experience.

HDMI ports failed before warranty expiration. Covered by warranty but Westinghouse expects you to ship 50" TV back to them at my cost. By the time I purchase box and package material I can purchase new television. I will make sure I never consider Westinghouse in the future. This is my third Westinghouse TV purchase and each has had some kind of hardware failure.

Says smart tv but has no browser I can as very upset. It is annoying you can only use the preset Apps.
