I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS, HOOKING UP TO ALL COMPONET

This TV should not be priced over 250 which we paid for it. It's a good size not heavy, good screen quality .. not great. Acts wonky sometimes when you have things plugged into More than one HDMI

When I came to Best Buy, I was there to check out a few different tv's. The Westinghouse tv was in stock but there was not a display tv to check out. The price was good so I went ahead and bought it. As we started connecting the tv up to cable and other electronics, it was obvious that this is a lower quality television. Connections don't feel particularly stable, rather flimsy plastic housing. The picture isn't bad, the sound okay but I just couldn't see how this tv would last long. Took it back and exchanged it for a Sharp.

The picture became badly distorted in less than 2 months after buying it. It's still under warranty but Westinghouse will not pay for shipping and the shipping costs of a huge TV is half the cost of the original purchase price. On top of that, it takes them 6 to 8 weeks to return your TV. It's not even worth trying to use the warranty, this TV is a complete waste of money.

Pay close attention to every review you read about the terrible sound on this unit. So far no problems with anything else, but I am at a loss to understand how anybody could think the sound is even a little bit good on this TV. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw, and some people get the bad speakers. The sound is badly distorted even at the lowest volume levels. No adjustment of volume levels or bass/treble or anything has solved the issue. Just bought a soundbar today in the hope of salvaging this thing.

Really nice quality picture but I was very disappointed in the quality of the sound. Will have to buy speakers now.

Great tv for the price, but remote isn't very responsive, and it blacks out for about 2 seconds sometimes

Not a BAD purchase but the sound isn't the best quality. Have owned cheaper brands with much better sound quality. Otherwise nice TV.

Had difficulty programming the TV to accept HD channels. Was told by the manufacturer that the fault was the cable provider. The cable provider in turn said no other manufacturer has ever made that claim. The cable provider was able to get the HD channels, but only AFTER a box had to be installed, thus causing an increase in my monthly rate. I'm VERY disappointed in the Westinghouse customer service--or lack thereof!!!

It's a good tv of course these days sound from a TV isn't great at all so don't count on that for the price the picture isn't bad

This TV is not the greatest quality but it works for price. If you are looking for a high quality picture this isn't for you

You get what you pay for. Remote has a very weak signal

I did alot of research on 50" TVs under $400 and decided on this Westinghouse TV. What an amazing buy I can honestly say this TV far surpassed my expectations. This is why it pays to research and check reviews before buying. You might just find yourself a great deal on an amazing TV. If your in the market for TVs this TV is the best bang for your buck. I would say even better then some others in the $500+ range for sure.

after 7 month started having prolbem with picture store was out give refund

Purchased for outside football season. Hard to see screen unless totally dark out.

Had this tv for 3 years now and had no problems out of it.
