so far this tv has been a good buy. the picture is clear and crisp. the size is perfect for my needs. kids can hook up all their game consoles. the sound is kinda on the low side but no big deal for me.

I can't think of anything bad to say. I was expecting a so-so picture but was shocked at how good it was. I can't tell hardly any difference between it and a $800 Samsung.

This is a great matted finish LED for its price. It popped right out of the box and ready to go. No issues. I happen to love the clean black outer edges that border the picture like a Frame rather than blasting how much manufacturer up pricing you paid for a hi-def tv. I have had my first Westinghouse since 2012.

Picture quality compares with much more expensive brands. Setup was easy and reception is good even with indoor antenna.The only fault with this Westinghouse TV is the size of the remote control-so small that it is easy to push the wrong buttons.

Use this for my xbox one has great picture. Sound not so much. Bought a soundbar and it is 10x better

I actually bought a 40" Westinghouse smart tv. When I saw this 50" at a lower price I snagged it. I use my Xbox One and didn't need the "smarts." It's got great picture, nice sound and it's perfect for my needs. Granted, it doesn't "move" as fast as my Sanyo or Vizio when switching input but small sacrifice!

If youre expecting top notch quality, it wont be this one. However, it is a great buy for the price and we use it for the living room which still gets the job done. Would recommend again

Honestly was worried; by the picture quality is good. ALWAYS buy it with the Visio Soundbar with Bass - AMAAAAZING! I was actually shocked. TV is a little fuzzy when not watching HD and a little fuzzy on dark frames but overall great quality!

This is my second Westinghouse HDTV, the other still worked fine but was about 10 years old and very bulky compared to the newer models. This new once has very good picture for a basic model. Sound isn't great but good enough.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BRANDS HAVE EVER PURCHASED I HAVE A SIMILAR BUT OLDER VERSION TV OF THE SAME BRAND AND IT IS STILL GOING TODAY I HAVE IT IN MY BUSINESS AND IT IS ALMOST ON ALL DAY LONG IT IS LONG LASTING AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY I NEVER HAVE COMPLAINTS FROM MY EMPOYEES THIS TV JUST WORKS GREAT

This was a holiday special deal, and I did read that people complained the sound level was too low. I didn't care because we already have a sound system for our home theater. But we have NOT needed it. In fact, we have to keep bumping the volume DOWN because it's so high by default. Love this TV.

If you are just looking for a good picture for a low price this is the one. I have had the TV only a few months so can't speak to the longevity. Picture is crisp and volume is more than adequate. I did not need a smart TV - just something basic and this has exceeded my expectations to date.
