The ease of use and the ability to add your favorite streaming apps really increases the value of this product. it does have a very slight delay registering the buttons you hit and the volume range is confusing. if you can get past that this will be a good purchase.

It's not going to change your life with its HDR capabilities, but it's a wonderful 4k set for the person that isn't chasing the best on paper specs TV that's usually marginally better for significantly more money.

It lasted for 8 years and when it was time for a newer Smart tv I looked to Best Buy to see what was available. My new tv is bigger and better and almost the same price as the 1st. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase - Thank you Best Buy!

Seems like really good quality. The Roku interface is really snappy. Pro tip: connect with an Ethernet cable if possible for fastest connection possible.

She is older and had refused to get internet service. She didn't need it. Well the tv made her get internet service so she could use all the features. She said the picture is great. The sound works great for her. She is very happy. I'm very happy because I got a great deal on it plus a few kudo points!

Great little inexpensive TV

Since its exposed to the elements (slightly) i went with a less expensive model in case it didnt survive long outside. the built in Roku works great, i have had nothing but great times with it. I would gladly buy again. Though, its only been a couple months.
