I will rate with 1 star as a 0 star rating is not possible. It took less than 6 hours of use for the screen the go black and only able to hear. Contacted Westinghouse and they were useless, and needed to return to Best Buy otherwise I would have to pay to return. Best Buy was very accommodating and helpful, for an inferior product. I see lots of positives reviews, maybe I just got the lemon of the bunch. I checked Youtube to remedy the problem prior to contacting the company and the fact that I found the same problem on there does not make me think that the problem is that uncommon. After dealing with Westinghouse this is the last product that I will purchase from that company.

Tv is pretty good for the cost. The user interface is a little weird to get used to but the tv works well. I was having issues with the blacks not being very black and just looking washed out but playing with the contrast and other settings made it much better. It’s a good tv though.

I've had this product for well over a year already and the television has not disappointed. Images are clear on screen and Roku has provided a variety of apps to use. Got it during Black Friday and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great television.

I placed an order for curb-side pickup. I came home, openned the box and the screen was cracked. I took it back and Best Buy staff was very helpful and was able to place an order for the new one for me. TV itself work great. This is my very first TV that I owe. I am happy about it!

I didn’t own or watched tv in years so I don’t have much to compare it to. It was on sale when I bought it. The picture is okay. It’s not mind blowing. It serves its purpose for me. I would still recommend it if you just occasionally watch tv.

I had a hard finding a place for it but once I did I wish I had got a larger one, maybe later. Kids loved it. It was delivered on time and I forgot to put a warranty on it and the Geeks fixed me up at the store and suggested a support strap which was a great idea

The tv is decent when you first get it. I got the tv Nov of 2020 for my garage and now the tv blink in and out. It has a row of rainbow colors across the top. Some apps don’t operate as they should. Netflix will freeze after making your selection and then the tv would restart the go back to the Home Screen. Other apps did the same such as HBOMAX etc… I tried to update software and reset tv to default. Nothing resolved the issues. The tv looked great and sounds great it has thin bezels and you can mount on the wall.

It says 50" Tv and only is 44.1 even with stand, sometimes the Tv blurs but then goes back to normal happened when i first got the Tv and it's been almost a year. Sound is loud even on 8 which is good. I like it overall

Got this for the kids play room for the gaming system. They love it. And there is no camera to worry about. They easily stream and game. On top of that it went on sale at a cheaper price and Best Buy price matched 2 weeks after I got it. Great TV and even better customer service.
