After one year and eight months, this tv started to have screen problems, images jumping from the top and the middle of the screen, not really happy with this purchase

The tv itself is easy to set up and come fully loaded with apps which is nice. The picture is pretty average. My issue is the sound, the sound has a echo to it and it’s not very loud. Overall you get what you pay for so can’t complain.

It’s a good tv. But, after a year mine started showing a vertical red line which I was told cannot be fixed by the average tv repair guy. Tv still works, but that’s a downer for me.

display defect -- alternates normal & black

This was my 3rd Westinghouse because I believed Westinghouse was still a good brand, but I've had two problem TVs out of the three, and I do NOT recommend this TV, maybe not even Westinghouse. I bought this TV in late Nov. 2019 and had no problems initially. Unfortunately, because I travelled out-of-state for about half of 2020, what I had observed as a rare, occasional power "hiccup" rather than a TV defect has now proved to be a TV defect the whole time. The problem is that the displays normal for a bit, then randomly go black (sort of smeared blackish-gray), then alternates this way until I unplug, wait 30 seconds, then replug. This problem would only occur about once per month initially; then frequency increased to the point that, now, I'm lucky if I don't have to unplug-replug every 30 minutes! This is my only TV! I wish I had contacted Westinghouse early on (during warranty period), but other posts make clear that shipping cost makes the warranty useless. Fyi, the wireless went out on the previous Westinghouse, but I was on cable, so no wifi was just an inconvenience until I decided to "cut the cord". Now this. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU, WESTINGHOUSE? I USED TO BELIEVE IN YOUR BRAND.

Very bad experience with Westinghouse branded tv. After only 4 months of use a red line started to appear vertically on the screen. Luckily I had it covered under manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately you've to bear the expenses for recycling/if you wanna send it to the manufacturer and all the hassle of doing this. Dont ever buy these cheap TVs

I have not install the tv yet. I read a lot of negative comments. The one I don’t like is that you have to subscribe to Roku service before you can even use the tv.

Just my luck or does this TV come with four mount screws that fit the back of the TV? Now I have to go shopping and guess size of screw to fit back of TV. Seems a bit odd.

First I had to pay 69.99 to activate tv before you use remote! Secondly I could not watch any movies on on roku thus I had to buy an amazon fire stick! Thirdly remote has a Hulu bottom which you can’t not activate even if you have an Hulu account. Basically I use remote to turn on tv only. I would NOT recommend this tv or any roku device! I wished I had returned tv! Roku support was NO help at all (a useless phone call)

Worst TV ever. Had it a couple months and one day it wouldn’t turn on. Tried resetting, all the different tricks other people have done and nothing. We called the company and they wanted us to ship it back and we had to pay for that which was $100. TV cost $200 on sale so there was no point. Went and bought a TCL TV instead.

It doesn’t have a great picture in it like it says on the box. The remote keeps going in and out. Sometimes the buttons don’t work on the remote and I have to keep changing the batteries in the remote periodically! I wish I could return this product because it wasn’t worth the money at all.
