Picture is OK. Not as crisp as our other more expensive TVs

Sound problem. Sometimes there is no sound. sometime there’s a static he sound upon turning on the TV.

Unfortunately the price was great but the color isn’t as sharp and vivid as I’d like.

Husband says the picture quality is not very good and the color is not ybat good.

Took some time to get use to, everything works ok most of the time.

This is just an average TV. I am not real satisfied with it

You get what you pay for. The picture quality was no better than my 10 year old Insignia 1080 and the sound was worse. Returned. Added a couple hundred and bought a Sansumg.

You get what you pay for. It says it works with Google assistant. The remote doesn't have voice/microphone. How is it compatible if there's no way to use Google assistant? Also, I feel it's a little blurry.

dead pixels line appeared within 24 hours of plugging in tc. Very clear picture and beautiful resolution other than dead pixels. Very disappointed, read previous reviews and should have left in store.

TV only lasted 379 days then the screen went out just two weeks over the date I purchased it. Still going to check on the warranty and see if Best Buy can help out with any of this.

Don’t know what really happened to the screen but followed all tips unboxing the tv. It was all set up and finally turned the tv on to see a cracked screen

This TV sucks had it for a little over a year and it started glitching on it’s own now the screen is 50% viewable will not buy this brand ever again

Worst company to deal with ever! I bought over a dozen big TVs (as well as other sound equipment) for my business, spending thousands of dollars and months of time, a total of 4 were broke. I had to run back and forth. Dates for pick up were continuously wrong/delayed, I had to continue to take time off, I had to pay my tech/installation guy to come for nothing. Then they tried to upgrade me at my expense. Some of the employees were rude (some were not) like it was my fault. Finally they did compensate me a measly amount and delivered the tvs, although late again, after several complaints. I will never do business with best buy again!!

I bought this brand tv 9months ago and the screen started flashing and changing to opaque color don't waist your money on this brand tv if you do buy the Greek warranty.to avoid the Hussle..

This was a great price but to use it as a smart tv is deceptive. Once I called Westinghouse for assistance, they were asking for a $79 Fee. TCL didn’t have this problem! I would not purchase any Westinghouse products.

I bought this tv online not knowing it was a roku tv and I can't use the tv because roku says I have to pay them over 100 dollars for a registration. I can pay 90 for 3 yrs but if I move or change internet service providers I have to pay again just to use the tv. So I'm being charged three times just to use this tv. The cost of the tv, cost of internet and now the cost of the roku service and that's just if I stay with the same internet provider and don't move. None of this was told to me before I bought the tv. A major rip off :(((and now your telling me what nickname to use and no emojis

the TV has good picture but very poor audio quality. Would not reccomend without a sound bar or something of the sort

First I had one delivered - screen was broken; returned. Bought one at store - screen was again broken; returned. Not so good rating for this TV.

Picture looked good but developed green lines down the left side with in a month. Now I have to ship this thing to Westinghouse. Pretty annoying.
