Had it professionally mounted on Monday was perfect. Turned tv on Tuesday morning yellow vertical line down the left side of the screen was still able to watch the tv. Turn the tv on today no picture only sound. Trash! Taking back to the store and getting my money back.

We reached our max of replacement TVs. We ordered 2 TVs and both came defective and cracked. We got them replaced and the second set came defective and cracked. Got them replaced and both came defective and cracked. Terrible experience. This happ in early June and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Don't buy this!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 2 days of setting up, I noticed the color (especially skin tones was horrible) and on the third day I got several, thin, blue vertical lines on the left side of the tv. I had this shipped to me and even with my extended warranty, I can't have someone come out because of the stupid virus. The only thing I can do is pack it up and return it to the store myself. Oh and the sound is really horrible especially if I use it through my sound bar.

4K and HDR doesn't guarantee good picture

Luckily I bought the protection plan key purchase, because I didn’t have time to return it right away and Best Buy could not repair it so received full purchase in a Best Buy gift card. Remember to purchase Protection Plan it’s well worth the money.

Bad Tv

When we went to turn it on there was a huge black line going through the tv. The pixels in that part of the tv were totally not working. So we had to take it back. When we initially bought it we had to wait like 4 days for it to even get there. It was a huge inconvenience.

I was told it had all the functionality of a Smart Tv, but there is no browser access. It was three months before I had the tv set up, so it was too late to return it, or I definitely would have. I don’t use any of the installed apps, so I had to buy a separate box for streaming.

Disappointing at best

I wasn't surprised to see someone in line returning the same product. They said it looked like someone grabbed the screen at the corner too hard. Disappointing at best. Don't buy no matter how good of a deal it seems like.

Literally on the 29 it did not turn on at all any more. If you do purchase get it with warranty so you can get a refund back. Otherwise you will be stuck with a tv that don't work.
