Opened this product plugged it up and the screen was cracked!

Tv looked like wreck it ralph had it for the weekend !!!!!!

Very good tv. Clean looking picture, sound gradually went bad over the years. Lasted me about 5 years though!

This was a good buy, 4 years later and it still works like new!

Works great, picture is great and its a smart tv to boot for a great price.

It's a great TV. Occasionally the TV will bog down but restarting works.

Prior to this Westinghouse, I owned an RCA 50" and within 2 years it quit working. I've had this Westinghouse for 3 years now and haven't had any issues. I love it!

Good value for the low price. Picture quality gets the job done - but not more than that.

Love this Roku Tv! On everyday and Still Working Good!

Just got this during Black Friday 2019. Started up with no problems and set up was easy. I got this for my girlfriend who had been using a 32" 1080p from 2014, and of course it was a big improvement. Like some others have said, the remote layout is a bit weird with the volume control located on he side of the remote.

Got this today using curbside pick-up. Not only was it ready to be picked up within minutes of placing the online order, but the set up was super easy too. Best part is that, unlike many smart TVs I’ve researched, this one has RCA (yellow/red) ports on the back to allow our son to use his original Wii game console without having to buy a converter/adapter. Perfect for his playroom!

Bought it right at 3 years ago. TV is super slow to load and suddenly the screen is jumping. I only use this TV maybe twice a week for about an hour. Would not recommend.

Bought this tv in fall 2020 & half of the screen has gone out just less than 1.5 years later. Definitely is not made to last.

Very nice picture Quality, Great sound, Easy to assemble.

Heavy and looks expensive not like other cheap prices TV

I purchased 5 TVs and 4 of them were Westinghouse. All four Westinghouse TVs the screen went out and sound eventually. Best Buy came to my to try to repair the 50" TVs and found that the motherboard went out on both TVs. The cost to replace it was close to the cost of the TV so I did not accept the repair. I contacted Westinghouse and explained what happened and they said sorry you will just need to purchase a new TV. I told them I have a Vizio that works perfectly and I've had it for 10years and I had only had their TV's since 2017 before all 4 had gone out in 2019; that is clearly a Westinghouse issue. But they said oh we are so sorry but there is nothing we an do! I am not happy and will never ever purchase Westinghouse again!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCT. I guess you get what you pay for. I enjoyed the TV while it worked. It worked for 5 months and then I turned it on a few days ago and no picture. So I thought, no problem, I have my Geek Squad Protection Plan. So, I called Best Buy and was told that my protection plan didn't kick in until the manufacturer's warranty is up. So, they proceeded to transfer me to Westinghouse. I had to go through ALL of their troubleshooting list again only to confirm what I already knew. "So, no problem, sir we will refund your purchase price less sales tax. All that you have to do is ship it back to us at YOUR expense". What a joke!! It would cost me more to ship a 50" television back to you than it's worth. Sorry, that's our policy, sir. Well, my new policy is to spread the word about how much you suck. I guess I will go back to buying everything from Amazon where I have never had an issue with returning a defective product.
