This tv is TRASH

It still won’t, I have to use an Ethernet cord in order for it to connect to the internet. I thought I could move pass that issue. Now the tv is continuously freezing and restarting. The sound would just randomly go out and a few minutes later the tv would just restart and then restart again. It is trashhh

Im trying to figure out how this Tv have so many good reviews. The picture looks like im watching Boo leg movies. The puncture is blurry , color is bad, you can barely see the picture looks like copied movies. The apps barely works. I get the error mesaage try again or timed out. It loads VERY SLOW. The only app i dont have trouble with is Netflix. I dont want to watch Netflix all the time. I am not satisfied with the picture quality, the time it takes to load, and the inability of not being able to watch Roku, live tv, and the other build in apps . It is a great price but I would pay more for a better tv.

Have been calling Best Buy and it’s been a Nightmare to speak or get any assistance. Don’t recommend this unit or for that matter purchasing anything at Best Buy. What a Shame!!

Called BB and was told they have a 15 day return policy on TV’s so we were basically SOL. Wesingtonhouse CS is an absolute joke. This was a total bust !! I cannot stress enough that this TV is trash ! DO NOT BUY !

We got a lemon

Best Buy was extremely helpful and returning was a breeze (provided its within 15 days). They helped us pick out a great new TV. I couldn’t recommended the Westinghouse less. It was a truly defective device. Best Buy, I do recommend.
