Great tv got the tv and thought it was complete knock off it was cracked never experienced the view until I walked Into my in laws house with this same device and the picture was crispy and so smooth looking... should’ve never returned it should’ve just swapped out now I have an even worse tv :(

This is no bells and whistles HDTV that have very good colors and sharpness. If you already have a Roku, Amazon Fire TV stick or any other streaming device and don't need the bells and whistles of a smart TV, 4K or any of those other gimmicks, this is a perfect TV for the job. Good bangs for the buck!

It would be a five star but I am unable to take the closed caption mode off my TV. I have tried using the the remote to fix it. That has been unsuccessful. Please help

Pretty decent television for the money. The only thing I don't care for is the sound through my surroundings sound. It sounds really off. Other than that, I like it.

My loves it, me not so much! That’s because I have the Samsung Q60 and Q70. I’m not bragging just saying that compared to those this tv is like day and night!

I am not going to lie I thought it was going to be broken when it was delivered. It wasn't it was just fine no dead pixels or anything wrong with it at all. It is actually a really good purchase I would buy another one if I need it. And only 200 beans wow.

have used these tvs in different rvs and have had a great experience with them . price to value ratio is great as an add on for a game room or bedroom

my first delivery the t.v. was broke. the second was okay. but getting the broke tv returned was a bunch of bull. it took talking to three people to get a return slip. then i told them the date set up did not work for me, and was told it was already set up. they said it would be picked up between 12:00 pm and 12:45 pm. i waited as long as i could till 1:00 pm and had to leave. the guy came about an hour later. when i tried to set up another pick up and i would have to pay it or delivery it to a usps station. this is a 50" tv. calling back and forth did no good. i finally got it to a shipping station. which was no small feat since i am elderly and suffering from ailments and cancer.

Good TV for hooking up Apple TV or other streaming box. Only downside is tv doesn’t come on with Apple TV remote. Tried fixing it.

The first television that I bought was damaged upon arrival. The associate, Arlyn, helped me over the phone in solving my problem and I was very grateful. Arlyn was very patient and courteous. I ordered the tv on 08/16/2020 not 8/28/20

Thank you for touching bases with me, with also such a rapid delivery. I received my item a few days after thanksgiving. I will definitely shop more often on-line with Best Buy. Once again thank you for your services.
