I liked the specs but never got to see it in person. It was purchased online and arrived cracked. Attempted to have it replaced but it was out of stock.

It was a total waste of money. The television was broken when it arrives.

Tv doesn’t turn on probably always tuning black and white. Waste of money not worth the price

Television did not work fresh out of the box...the disappointment cannot be measured.

Picture is horrible but at least it works. If I could do it over again I would pay a lil more for a better picture.

TV arrived once powered on had vertical blue lines on half the screen. This was on all signals so it was not on the signal to the device. Save your money and get a 4K TV instead. Had to return this item.

We just set up this TV today and it’s not working and keeps flickering lines. I had concern since apparently this TV couldn’t be found originally when we were going to pick up at the store. Instead it had to be delivered. I’m happy to update this review as long as Best Buy is able to exchange the TV without a hassle.

TV does not have streaming app whatsoever you must buy a separate streaming device which will set you back $75-100 depending which streaming player you choose. No NETFLIX, AMAZON, YOUTUBE unless you buy the streaming device. The sales description obviously did not include this to entice you to buy a cheap TV. MENU sucks!

Tv received with a black line down the middle of the screen. Apparent manufacture defect. Did not like what I could see of the picture quality

Broken (screen damage) right out of the box and bestbuy would not take it back. Waste of money for both the TV and the warranty. We did not damage the TV this was done a the store or at the manufacturer's warehouse

Tv started messing up 6 months later, wouldn’t recommend

NEVER BUY AGAIN THIS BRAND: BOUGHT 10 TVS but they were not up to the mark and secondly wont program with my direct tv remote nor with any other.

If I could give this television a -5 stars I would. Since purchasing this Tv I have had nothing but problems. We are unable to finish a simple episode without the television shutting off and rebooting itself! Waste of money.

I had to reorder this item as it was damaged. I agreed to get another one. The box was “security sealed” with the yellow work order sticker was attached to the box. Obviously, it was not a new tv. The representative “Jason” was outstanding and very helpful.

Speakers are horrible. You can barely hear the sound

Great deal, but received broken and they wouldn't replace due to none available "in my area " whatever that means. They did refund so all good.

Worked for 1 hour and then went to a black screen and a blinking red light. DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!!!!!!!!

Does not work. Took put of box and tried setting it up. It will not turn on. Tried calling customer service and they were no help. Will try returning to the store now.

The picture quality is horrible and I threw my box away too quick I should have did a review on this brand but I didn't oh well God will bless me with something else

horrible product when the board is bad with no apparent impact points until hung on the wall and powered up huge waste of time thanks Best Buy for service acordingly :-)
