    I bought this tv last friday (08/19) with progressive leasing. We didnt pick it up until either Saturday or Sunday. Then we kept it in the box an extra day or 2. So Tuesday my bf opens the box (brand new. Not open box) and theres no remote, no legs, no manual. Just the tv and the power cord. He decides to put it up anyway without telling me. He sets it all up, everythingn seems fine but im mad about the remote and legs so I try contacting Best Buy and they say i have to call Progressive Leasing. Ok, whatever. Fast forward early this morning when i got off work around 5 am (08/26/22) we turn the tv on. My bf goes to youtube picks a video presses play and bam our screen goes out! We thought something was wrong with the youtube video at first, so he tries to go back… nope. Its our tv! Its never been dropped, nothing bumped into it. Literally nothing we did caused this. Its just defective. And im mad!!! For some reason it wont let me upload the picture!

    This is the second Westinghouse I’ve purchased and it’s better than the one I got 10 years. The screen resolution is better than my 70inch Vizio. It’s not a widely recognized brand but I’m glad they are making a comeback and with quality.

    TV would not turn on after 2 months. Also, sometimes when I changed a channel the sound would not start for a few seconds.

    This TV is not a good product at all. I puchase this TV in Jan 2023 and it completed went out. This TV only last for one year and one month. This was a brand new TV... out the box and last for one year and one month. I am very disappoint with Best Buy selling this Brand of Electronic and Westinghouse as well.

    Absolute worse TV ever. We purchased it on July 2nd and we are here, not even two months later and the screen went out. Lines all over the screen. Absolute waste of $300.00. Really disgusted with the money I spend on this TV and how quickly it went out. We don’t even watch it that often. It was more for our son to watch a couple of shows. Thoroughly disgusted with this purchase and quality of this TV.

    Color distortion within a year and was not even used that often. The price was great, but shouldn’t have been this quick to die.
