Don't purchase; worthless warranty

Even though it includes a 24 month warranty from Best Buy and I purchased the Geek Squad protection, BB called me the morning of my appointment to say that they aren't allowed to assist with Westinghouse products. Of course that's not mentioned in the specs before purchase. I got a phone number for Westinghouse and have been getting the run around from them. Initially the rep refused to assist because I didn't have the model # due to the TV being mounted to the wall and the mount is covering that. Apparently the serial # and the detailed product description wasn't enough. Go figure. I read online that this issue happens often with this TV. Save yourself a headache and purchase a different brand.
