However, do not like the sound quality and have tried changing to all the different settings offered. Setting up Netflix took hours on the phone. Never was resolved. Good luck to anyone trying to get customer service from Westinghouse. Several emails and calls later still did not help.

My mother loves this gift and she receives complement all of the time. The sound is good and the picture in HDTV is beautiful. Will purchase this year if they have them again

Great TV for a great price!

This TV was easy to install and link to my surround sound speakers. Beautiful picture quality and I like the options that the Smart TV provides. Netflix, Pandora and YouTube are my main 'go-to's'.

It’s not considered a smart tv and you will need to hook up a Roku or fire stick to get all apps. I have had for a few years and it’s still going strong. I bought it at the time because it was cheap.

The sound quality is lacking, which I was expecting after having read other reviews. But I have it hooked up to a sound system, so it's not an issue for me. Just something to keep in mind if you're expecting to only use the TV's internal speakers.
